RPRF - Right to Permanent Residence Fee: $515 CAD or INR 31, 261 approximately. It has to be paid prior to becoming a Permanent Resident of Canada and can be paid either after approval of a PR Visa or while submitting an application.

With effect from 30 April 2022, the fees for all PR applications have been hiked by IRCC - Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

The final PR application has to be filed once you get the Invitation to Apply /ITA. It implies you have to wait till you get the ITA. The cost and process are identical for both PNP and Express Entry till this stage. Additionally, you will incur expenses for receiving various other crucial documents.

Eventually, you will have to make payment of the RPRF - Right to Permanent Residence Fee for becoming a Permanent Resident of Canada. Your PR will not be delayed if you pay this amount along with the fee for the application. If you do not wish to make the payment immediately, you will have to make payment of the RPRF after moving to Canada.

In the event of withdrawal or rejection of the application, the RPRF is repaid automatically. Further payments made linked with the application process will not be refunded even if the application is denied. The refund is not applicable for

Evidence of Economic Stability

Proof of funds is not a direct cost as such included in the fee for Canada PR Visa. It is only a proof that you can take care of your family in the initial few years of your stay in Canada. The data has to be provided to officials of IRCC.
