categories for the targeted Express Entry draws are likely to commence this
summer. These draws will be conducted along with the regular draws and the
program-specific draws.

candidates with the highest ranking to apply for PR Visa.
Invitations are limited to the highest-ranking candidates in the specific
program under the program-specific draws.
In the new draws based
on the category invitations will be offered by IRCC to candidates with the
highest ranking having French language proficiency or employment experience in
any of the below areas:
